Why PCB removed Wahab Riaz as team manager?

Why Wahab Riaz has been sacked from the responsibilities of team manager and selection committee member

Sources indicate that Wahab Riaz and Razzaq gave special treatment to some players, and PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi only decided to fire the two after the inquiry into the case was completed.

It turned out that the players Wahab and Razzaq supported were the ones who underperformed and were really rejected by other members of the selection committee.

Additionally, the board is questioning players about the use of their lobbies and what advantages they provide.

According to additional sources, the coaches of the team have lodged complaints with the PCB chairman after recent tours’ misconduct and the players’ lack of seriousness.
The coaches have also brought up the matter of players’ families and how it affects their ability to focus on the game, complaining that players talk negatively to each other.
